JBCE Environment & Energy committee invited the guest speaker from DG ENER regarding CCUS

On 22nd June, JBCE Environment & Energy committee invited Mr. Krzysztof (Chris) Bolesta, DG Energy, EU Commission.

He gave presentation on Carbon Capture, Utilization & Storage, so called “CCUS”. He explained the existing and expecting CCUS related policies and projects in Europe. 

In addition, he also introduced the next actions for the Commission regarding CCUS .

There were many questions in the Q & A session, and it was a very useful meeting for us.

JBCE Environment & Energy Committee will continue to contribute to this important issue.
