JBCE and INSTAR Standards Sign Memorandum of Understanding

On 19 March 2025, JBCE and INSTAR Standards held the official signing ceremony of their Memorandum of Understanding, which expresses the intention for possible collaboration on forming an International Task Force for technological domains of common interest covered by the INSTAR project.

The MoU was signed by JBCE’s Secretary General, Shozo Maeda, and Instar Coordinator and BluSpecs CEO Tanya Suarez Ph.D.

INSTAR is an EU-funded initiative that aims to support the implementation of Europe’s Digital Partnerships by working together with like-minded partners to drive international common standards for AI, Cybersecurity, Digital ID, Quantum, IoT, 5G, 6G and data technologies.

JBCE is eager to contribute to these important discussions and welcomes this opportunity!
