Over 460 Participants Attend JBCE Second Event on CBAM

On 13 November 2025, JBCE organised its second event on CBAM with the participation of Xavier Vanden Bosch, Policy Officer at the CBAM, Energy and green taxation Unit of DG TAXUD, European Commission. 

This was the occasion for the 460+ participants who joined us online and in person to hear from and exchange with Mr Vanden Bosch on:

• Operations during the provisional application period
• Prospects for full implementation from 1 January 2026
• The current situation of CBAM
• Rulebook for the CBAM definitive period
• Carbon price paid in third countries
• The future of CBAM
