Feedback to Inception Impact Assessment on AI

Today JBCE gave our feedback to Inception Impact Assessment on AI. Based on the fact that JBCE supports the Commission’s proposal of a risk-based approach, we recommend that the EU’s consideration on regulation should be limited to high-risk AI only, with detailed requirements being determined by industry via a soft law approach.
