JBCE Position Paper on the Standardisation Request for the Cyber Resilience Act

On 26 June 2024, JBCE published a position paper on the European Commission's draft standardisation request ahead of the publication of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).

JBCE recommends:

• Putting the primary focus on the essential harmonised standards.
• Eliminating dependencies between vertical and horizontal standards.
• Removing the need for the horizontal harmonised standard item 1 if it is not required for demonstrating product compliance.
