Webinar with the EU Commission and BusinessEurope on the new Trade Strategy

JBCE Trade Policy Committee held the webinar with the EU Commission and BusinessEurope on the EU’s Trade Policy Review with the guest speakers which included Mr. Timothee SAUTTER, Policy Officer – Coordinator Trade Strategy, DG-TRADE (A.2) and Ms. Sofia BOURNOU, Senior Adviser, International Relations, BusinessEurope.
Mr. SAUTTER provided us a quick overview of the Trade Policy Review, Open Strategic Autonomy and objectives of EU Trade Policy with six critical areas in the medium term. And then, Ms. BOURNOU followed by explaining BusinessEurope’s response to the Trade Policy Review.
